✡ Dorm Competition ✡

Rose Points will be counted towards your Dorm. Students earn points by doing and submitting various things. After earning those points, they will be added to one of three totals: one for Red Rose, one for Blue Rose, and one for Yellow Rose. Basically, it is a collaborative effort between each dorm to get the most points overall. Every once in a while, the leading Dorm will get a prize. The number of points each dorm gets will be documented. For example:

Red Rose: 25 points
Blue Rose: 14 points
Yellow Rose: 32 points

Say that your Red Rose character completes a mission. Once approved, it will be added to the roster to make it look something like this:

Red Rose: 30 points
Blue Rose: 14 points
Yellow Rose: 32 points

Hopefully that explains everything. It's not a very complex idea to grasp, so we trust that you understand. However, we do realize that it can be confusing so we encourage you to ask if there are any questions!

Rose Points System

Rose points, as stated above, are used in the Dorm Competition. They are similar to Credit Points, and they are awarded to students by us admins. They are acquired through submitting artworks, participating in events and story arcs, and passing finished assignments.

Rose points also serves as the Student's Grade and they are required to pass a minimum amount of 100 Rose Points in order to pass the semester.

The following are the Rose Points you may get from certain group activities.

*Note: Please be reminded that we will have a minimum quality requirement, so please make your art presentable. Thank you.

Some events/assignments/etc may be even more than what is in the rubric! Just read the said journal when encountering one of these and it will state the amount of rose points dealt.
Please note that admins may give away extra points if they see something that they like. This includes (but is not limited to) things like noticing that you've put extra effort into an assignment, activity in chatrooms, and displaying good citizenship. Admins may give out extra points without notice, so be on your best behavior and be active in chatrooms; You may be rewarded~ We'll be watching.

Also remember that points don't have to stick to the rubric above; we may go a little lower or a little higher. After all, it's unfair if someone spends a few days on one picture and gets three points while another does a quick sketch and gets the same amount of points.
Rose points can be subtracted if we see something we dislike, such as unruly behavior. Please keep in mind that we are supervising this group to the best of our abilities and seeing distasteful behavior doesn't sit well with us. So yes, keep in mind that we have the ability to dock points!

*Note: We will be having minimum quality requirement. Minimum quality requirement is not about skill, but we will encourage you to pass only fully-furnished artworks. e.g no WIPs, Linearts, Messy Sketches and art on lined paper. We want to keep our galleries organized and neat as it can be.

What are Keys?

The school, and Rosette, uses a ‘Key’ system. Keys are magical items and are privileges, as it serves as ‘transport’ and ‘connectors’. Keys hold different powers depending on their levels. Students are given their keys [third tier type] on their first days, and these keys act as school IDs.

First tier ‘Special’ Keys are acquired through the Dean only. So if Headmistress Jeweline Cabrelli likes your character, they might receive ‘Color’ Keys from her.

List of Official Keys

☒ Third tier ‘Normal’ Dimensional Keys ☒
= keys that are used primarily as connectors to other worlds. These are fairly the weakest type of keys, and therefore, act out as the Academy’s school identification cards.
= owners are primarily the student body and Rosette residents as well.

☒ Key of Gaia
= Key that enables the user to open the dimensional Gate to Earth, the blue human world.
☒ Thanatos’s Key
= Key that enables the user to open the dimensional Gate to Hell and the Underworld.
☒ Disgaea’s Key
= Key that enables the user to open the dimensional Gate to Montriella, the world of Monsters.
☒ Key of Eden
= Key that enables the user to open the dimensional Gate to Heaven and Utopia.
☒ Pentacle Key
= Key that enables the user to open the dimensional Gate to Portia, the land of Magic.

❦ Second tier ‘Semi-special’ Dimensional Keys ❦
= keys that are mixed, and unique to a particular other world. Owners of these type of keys are usually those who are welcomed by the other worlds because of necessities.

List:
❦ Deadman’s Key
= Key that enables the user to connect to three worlds; Earth, Hell and Underworld, and Montriella. The only recorded owner of this key is Marco Nietzsche, a zombie professor in the school.
❦ Ursula’s Key
= Key that enables the user to connect to a farther third dimension, Lorasia. The key also connects with the Gate to Pandora’s Dungeon, where magic users can get unlimited supplies of internal magic. The only recorded owner of this key is Cialie Czerich, the magic and spell professor of the school.
❦ Halloween Key
= Key that enables the user to connect directly to Grimmoire Town. The key is also used to summon ‘Jack the Reaper’ himself. The key is in the care of Zaicha Wellensworth, a witch nun in Grimmoire Town.
❦ Icelandic Key
= Key specifically made for Ice-affinity people like Yuuki-onnas or Futon Ryus. The key enables the user to freeze and 'make' an iceland within a 50m radius. Owners; Miyukina Yuukinoujo, and Kiorie Kurosakura.
❦ Void Assylum Key
= Key that is exclusive to those who got Void Project Genomes in blood. Powers are currently unknown. The recorded owners of these keys in the academy is Rain Fenrir and Capt. B-K Romano.

♞ First tier ‘Special’ Dimensional Keys ♞
= keys created from the Creator's Key and the Omnipotent key. These keys are primarily very powerful, and therefore, given to select people only. The Dean of the school, Jeweline, gives out these keys only to people who caught her interest.

♞ [Purple] Transcend Shifts Key
= Key that enables the user to connect to any world that has magic in it. It also amplifies the user’s magical powers and removes any limitations he/she have. It also known as the Aplimition Dimensional Key. The only recorded owner of this key is Eoire Hymne, the History professor of the school.
♞ [Blue] Rule Shaker Key
= Key that enables the user to open any sealed dimensional Gate, with the exception of some top-tier gates. It has the ability to nullify any seals and magical implements attached to the Gate it needs to open. It can also be used as a nullifier against a real person; their magic will have no use against the user. The only recorded owner of this type of key is Kiorie Kurosakura.
♞ [Red] Infinite Crossroads Key
= Key that enables the user to connect to each and every dimensional gate. It has the strongest magical power for transport, and may also serve as a direct link between worlds. The only recorded owner of this type of key is Oliver Flameheart.
♞ [Yellow] Aeon Infinitia
= Key that enables the user to access a dimension where time and space is halted. The only recorded owner of this type of key is Alexander Chrono.
♞ [Gray] Null Infinitium
= Key's powers are still unknown. The only recorded owner of this type of key is the dean's daughter, Marche Nietzsche.
♞ [Violet] Parallel's Key
= Key that could summon the user's twins/doppelgangers from different dimensions or different time paradox. It's limitation would be only one twin per session. The only recorded owner of this type of key is Arisa Therese Luna.

♚ Rare and Exclusive Magical Keys ♚
= keys that are, without a doubt, the most powerful ones created by the Mother Key. These keys are created from not just magic, but also fundamental wisdom compressed into tiny particles. They're rare since they can only be acquired from the Creator's Key.

♚ Key of the Unknown
= A very special, yet very mysterious key. Its powers and uses are unknown to date, as the owner still hasn’t used it. The owner of this singular key is Jeweline Cabrelli, the headmistress of Rosette Academy.
♚ Omnipotent Key
= Current information about the key is classified. The owner of this singular key is Jeweline Cabrelli, the headmistress of Rosette Academy.
♚ Creator’s Key
= A very special Key. Also known as the Mother Key, it is the original Key that created the other types of keys there is now. There is only two of this in existence, and the owners of the keys are the founder and the headmistress of Rosette Academy. It has the “Mother” system where it can function as any key, and destroy a particular key in question.
♚ Time Key
= Key that enables the user to travel in time. He/she can jump into any time skip she wants, and make time machines using the Time Immemorial Dimension. There is only one of this key in existence now. The only recorded owner of this key is Eoire Hymne.
♚ Dreamweaver’s Key
= Key that enables the user to dream walk into other people’s dreams and one self’s. It is also used in creating illusions, nightmares, and fantasies. It can also be used to take a glimpse in the future of a particular person. Select people and angels are immune to this key’s powers though. The only recorded owner of this key besides the dean is Dethrix Chrono.
♚ Immortality Key
= Key that grants the user immortality. It also grants the user the ability to manipulate regeneration, and ultimately, the time of death. There is a limitation however on how the user can manipulate the time/cycle of death, so the number of usages for it is only minimal [7 times]. The effects of the manipulation is permanent. The only recorded owner of this key is Aurelia Whitespell.
♚ Puppeteer's Key
= Key that enables the user to 'create' living dolls by trapping/sealing mana-infested souls into artificial bodies created from either Alchemy, or plain, resin/ceramic modelling. The only owner of this type of key is the dean's daughter, Marcella Rosaline Nietzsche.
